On the Italian eBay site is this rather lovely LC and sidecar combo. It’s €12,500, which bearing in mind the state of the pound, is a little on the steep side. If you’re not lucky enough to live in Italy, he’ll ship it internationally.
The Gulf Racing colours of pale blue and bright orange are a classic and recognisable combination that work so well together. I’ve seen them on many vehicles, from Porches to Beetles, Mini’s, bikes and a fair few scoots over the years. But I think this is the first time I’ve seen them on a Lambretta sidecar combination. In my ever so humble opinion, it works. And it’s for sale on eBay. The scooter (a GP 150) has been upgraded to with a GT 186 kit, so should pull that Watsonian along nicely. It’s on eBay here. But be quick, the auction ends today.

I don’t know much about this amazing contraption… but I’d like to know more! I think I can make out the word “Siambretta” on the trailer, which would make it Argentinian… but I may be mistaken.
If a sidecar doesn’t quite cut the mustard for family transportation, you can get another kid or two in this! I hope the engine is uprated – otherwise journeys would be stylish, but very slow!

Found this great shot of an Israeli Police scooter with sidecar. I’m digging through my archive shots, as I think I have a line up of Israel Police on TV 2’s… without sidecars… somewhere. If any Lambretta enthusiasts over in the holy land can help me out with any more information or pics, I’d appreciate it.
