Who knew Starsky & Hutch‘s favourite informant, Huggy Bear rode a Lambretta? I would expect it to be more ‘pimped’.

If you like your pictures a little more move-y, here’s a couple of short movies. I think the scoot in the Casa Performance Race Livery looks fantastic. If any of the models on the stand is going to win over a few of the sceptics, it’s that ‘un.

Another lovely film from the excellent Petrolicious blog.
A lovely little movie about a family Lambretta that was lost for twenty years before being found again. There’s English subtitles, if you’re French isn’t quite up to scratch.

Got sent this video that shows a little more of the quality of the design and attention to detail on the new Lambretta Vendetta
On a Lambretta, naturally! Tom,Ted,Tino,John, Lincoln and Tim ride from Santa Clara to Pasadena on the way to The LCUSA Lammy Jammy 2015
Nice little vid, posted by Sticky Features Website… After the Rainfall… “Driving beats, keyboard abuse and intense guitar. The Little Notes deliver British Indie with hints of The Charlatans at their best…from album So High Down available here”
I think it’s rather good (the music AND the vid) 🙂
These guys are old enough to know better, but young enough to do it anyway. I’ve never been a particular fan of the chopped Lammy, but this looks like fun!
I’m guessing they are part of this mob: Lambretta Choppers Owners Club (great pics on their website).
Not quite sure what this video is actually trailing, but it’s one to keep an eye on.
A long overdue post for this epic event… (and I mean properly epic as my nine year old son uses it – applied to just about everything). Four days covering 1000 miles across New Zealand, on scooters. And scooters means proper scooters. Classic geared scooters, as it should. Preparations for this years ride on the 23rd – 26th April are well underway check out the website at www.motoretta.co.nz (The event is now rebranded Mottoretta NZ Motto GP due to legal reasons). The website is very smart – I love the new branding. Check out the team names, that’ll give you a flavour of the event. if you want to take part… sorry… you’re too late, it was all booked up by September. Maybe get a team together and stick it in the diary for 2016? It’s something I’d love to do one year, but couldn’t have sone it this year anyway as I’ll be in Italy for something rather special and scooter related… watch this space!
Thanks Thornton for the heads up on this.
